What is the return policy for your products?

As with other software nowadays, once it is opened, it cannot be returned; if it is unopened, you can mail it back and we'll refund the purchase price minus the shipping and handling charge. There are no refunds for email orders unless you contact us before it's shipped (before 2am the same day you order); a sent email order is considered "opened".

It is strongly recommended that you take the time to download the free trial versions. Once you decide you like it, we can get you a registered version before the trial version expires.
